Hibernating, davis. This is the time of year when Godfather Big Guy would roll out any kind of Yankee news he could gather. That's what's happened: the first felt wave of his absence.

I've been checking in, just not a lot happening right now so not much to comment on. I don't see any more major moves with the possible exception of moving Happ as a salary cap casualty. I think I would look to move Fraizer, it appears the Yanks aren't high enough on him to give him meaningful PT. I hope we hold on to Andujar because the kid can flat out hit.

Frazier will be the sweetener on a Happ deal. Unfortunately, he has been screwed with too much. Kid needs a fresh start! San Diego may be a good place for Happ, huge field, stacked farm...

Wake up,dammit! Gardy was officially re-signed, and Tarpley was DFA.

As you know, I wish the opposite had occurred, but hey, you're allowed to fantasize too.

I was a little surprised Tarpley was released, I thought the Yankees liked him. I read somewhere that the new rule of facing a minimum of 3 batters had somthing to do with it as they view him as a lefty specialist. I hadn't realized the new rule was being enacted next year.

Ok, I will make Hamps day, I hope Stanton plays 120 or so games in LF with Tauchman being the everyday CFer until Hicks is back. Give Andujar the majority of DH abs.

Thanks, '55. But you know, the odds are against that happening. Gardner's like Brady to me (I dislike both): they never seem or have the decency (i.e., give the younger guys a chance) to go away. But at least one of those two makes davis happy, so I'm happy for him, at least. I liked Tarpley, too, and think another team will find him an above-average find.

So what do you think about the suspensions of Luhnow and Hinch? I'll bet they screwed us out of #28! I always thought they weren't that good, now I know they weren't!!!

Boston in 2018? Alex Cora better stick his head between his legs and kiss his ass goodbye! I'm guessing 2 years plus!
